Resident satisfaction survey raffle
We love to hear what people think about our service and work – so we encourage residents to complete our satisfaction surveys. These help us continually improve, and make sure we’re welcome in any community.
On a recent contract with Newport City Homes, we encouraged residents to give us feedback with a quarterly raffle. In April 2022, the raffle took place just in time for Easter goodies.
