R&M Williams has won over £30 million worth of contracts in the last month, bringing a boost to the start of 2018.
Our new projects include framework agreements with Cardiff City and Caerphilly Councils, being appointed to build the teaching facilities in Newbridge School and we have also secured a contract to build the new fire station at Bristol Airport.
We will be working on residential properties across Cardiff for the next four years, and have won Framework agreement for housing maintenance and Disabled Adaptions, as well as a separate two-year contract to work on estate regeneration projects across the local authority area.
For Caerphilly Council, R&M Williams will be carrying out external work and refurbishments to 169 residential council homes.
We will also be demolishing the old music block at Newbridge School and building a new three-storey facility in its place. The £1.8million project was awarded to the Local Consortium Wales LLP, which is a joint partnership established by R&M Williams to compete for publicly funded, large scale projects
At Bristol Airport, we will design and build a new £4.3million fire station for the airport together with external works, concrete hard standing, car parking and upgrade of new access road.
It has been a busy, but very rewarding few months for us here at R&M Williams. Our hard work has paid off and we have won some substantial contracts which will mean that next year will be one of our busiest.
