The 18,500sqm, two storey building occupies approximately 6.5 hectares (16.1 acres) and features 128 rehabilitation and intermediate care beds, childrens services, a supporting therapies unit, outpatients clinics, community dental services and a mental health unit for community out-patient and elderly in-patient care.
Quality issues were paramount to this successful contract and in-house checking procedures were in place and were developed in conjunction with client-driven initiatives.
