Penally

The works comprised of demolition of existing premises, ground works and masonry superstructure, face brickwork and external rendering, internal finishes including services and fixtures and fittings as well as external landscaping including access roads and new service connections.

At this £2.7mill scheme in Penally, we have taken over a Brown field site for redevelopment where we demolished the existing public house to form a footprint for development of flats and low rise house. Phase one provided 6 apartments over 3 storeys and two low rise properties and phase 2 saw the creation of a further two low rise and a second block of 6 properties.

The Client for the Development is our Holdings Company, R&M Wiilliams (Holdings) Ltd. and whilst this was an in house development, the land acquisition and contract were formalised through the Holding Company and RMW provided a fixed lump sum price for the development under a Design & Build contract.
