We were contracted to build two 3-storey blocks of flats and three townhouses on behalf of our parent company – R&M Williams (Holdings) Ltd.

Works included demolition of existing public house located in a brownfield – we completed groundworks survey, erected new structures including external rendering, internal finishes services, fixtures and fittings. We also completed landscaping in the immediate vicinity of the new buildings, including access roads and new service connections.
