Between 2015-2018 and 2018-2022 we were awarded framework agreements with Swansea City Council to ensure their housing stock is up to Welsh Housing Quality Standards.

In the first 15 months of the contract, We completed over 450 properties, with ca. 750 properties per year thereafter. The main challenge was working in occupied properties, safeguarding potentially vulnerable residents through our rigorous Customer Care training and policies.

Alongside internal refurbishments to Kitchen and Bathrooms, we also knocked kitchens and dining areas or toilet and bathroom areas together, where required. We completed partial or complete rewires and installed new boilers and heating systems where needed.

We provided extensive community benefits, by completing Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishments free of charge for care homes, sheltered accommodation and community centres, as well as offering work experience to many NEET individuals throughout the 7-year long partnership with Swansea Council.

We have recently been awarded a new framework agreement going forward, so we will continue to work closely with the Council and residents in the Swansea area.
