Mark Williams

Chairman

Mark has over 40 years’ experience in the building and painting industry beginning his career as a painting and decorating apprentice. Having taken over the family business from his father Ron Williams as Managing Director he has grown the organisation to a business providing key services throughout the building and maintenance industry. Mark has gained a reputation for high standards of workmanship and developed a strong and diverse customer base in both the public and private sector.

Darryn Parry

Managing Director

Darryn has over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry and during this time, working for companies such as Laing O’Rourke and Midas Construction, he has been responsible for the leadership, supervision and management duties on both building and civil engineering projects throughout England and Wales. Following an early career in the military the former Royal Engineer moved into the construction industry utilising his experience on project engineering.

Allen Evans

Construction Director

Allen has over 35 years’ experience of working in the construction industry and 20 years at a senior management level. He is currently responsible for all activities associated with the company, including contract management, procurement, planned and reactive maintenance.
Allen has gained vast experience in these roles over the years from estimating projects (refurbishment and new builds) with full financial control and contracts management in various sectors including schools, offices, factories and shopping centres.

Marc Gilder

Maintenance Director

Marc has been employed with R&M Williams for over 25 years, joining the company from school as an apprentice painter and decorator progressing to foreman supervisor to contracts manager within the maintenance division.
Marc is now the Maintenance Director for R&M Williams and is responsible for all labour and projects within the maintenance department. His experience of programming and managing many schemes such as kitchen and bathroom replacements, responsive and void maintenance, enveloping and renewal schemes has proved productive and successful.

Martyn Morris

Operations Director

Martyn is the Operations Director for R&M Williams and is responsible for all the operational management of our construction/maintenance projects. He has extensive experience of all aspects of the construction industry from inception of a scheme through to completion. He is particularly experienced with design and build contracts up to £30m, from both the preparation of Employers Requirements and the provision of Contractors Proposals.

Richard Leyshon

Regional Director

Experienced Regional Director with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Operations, Bid Management, Budgeting, Commercial Management, Strategy and negotiation.
Over the years Richard has gained experience in a range of sectors including social housing, residential, industrial, commercial, education and leisure in areas of construction, building maintenance and refurbishments.
