We work with hundreds of in-house operatives and subcontractors – most of whom live in cities, towns and villages across South Wales. Investing in the community we work with means investing in our own future, so we always strive to give back through education, charity, employment and training initiatives.

For large and medium-sized projects (anything that has us working in a particular community for six weeks or over), we assign a Community Benefits champion, who looks into the best ways we can give back. They liaise with local community organisers and local authorities/institutions to find out what the community needs – and reach out to our supply who may want to donate materials.
